Meditation is a way to unplug from the world and re-connect with you in a deeper way. It's a tool to create the space to simply "listen" to your inner guidance system. To get present with you and take time out to reconnect with your authentic self, your inner guidance system. Come out of your head into your heart. Make new friends, relax and reconnect with yourself and others in a deeper way. Take 1.5 hours out to renew your body, mind & spirit. Meet like minded people.
Join me Fortnightly Thursday for a Channelled, Guided Meditation followed by morning tea so you can connect with other like minded people, relax and unwind, receive some healing and time out for you. The channelled downloaded meditation will be specific & exclusive one off for those that show up on the day.

If for any reason, you can't make the group you've registered & paid for and advise me up to and including 5pm on the DAY BEFORE THE EVENT, you'll be reimbursed your payment less fees and charges. After this time, your funds are not subject to refund, as the costs of preparing the workshop & venue hire have already been incurred.
I'm happy to hold your funds over to a future Meditation Group that aligns with your diary up to 1 month from your original booking & payment.
Please note that there is a 7 Business Day refund timeframe through Square Point of sale if payment was made online through the blue booking button.
If payment was made through Humanitix or Eventbrite, your refund will be credited to the card you used to pay for this class. Thanks for your understanding.

As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse I ran meditation groups for my Psychiatric Patients to teach them tools to create inner peace, focus and inner harmony.
