Refund Policy
If for any reason, you can’t make a class during the 12 weeks you've registered for and advise me up to and including 5pm on the Friday 5 business days before, you'll be refunded the amount of payment you've made for that class, less fees and charges if paid online. After this date, your payment is not subject to refund, as the costs of preparing the class have already been incurred. However I am happy to hold your funds over to a future class that aligns with your diary.
If you have to cancel the duration of the course, you'll be refunded the future payments for future class dates, less fees & charges if paid online provided you advise me up to and including 5pm on the Friday 5 business days before the class in question.
Please note that there is a 7 Business Day refund timeframe through Square Point of sale if payment was made online. If payment was made by direct deposit or cash, your refund will be made in the same way as your payment was made. If online, it will be credited back to the card account you used at online purchase point, less fees & charges. If made by cash or direct bank deposit, refund will be made in the same way. Please include your bank account in your cancellation communication.
